If you would like to use our facility, please fill out the request below. We will review and accommodate it if possible. Priority is given to church or ministry events.
In order to maintain the nice appearance of our facilities, I agree to see that the following applicable clean-up duties are done at the conclusion of this event:
1. Wipe down countertops.
2. Remove all food.
3. Wipe down the sink and stove (if applicable).
4. Put all trash in the trash can.
5. Vehicles: clean, remove trash, and fill with gasoline.
6. Return keys, credit cards, etc. to office.
7. Return room back to original set up.
*Please provide all necessary paper goods for non-church sponsored events.
